Meet The Team

Hi, I'm Tayla, the founder of The Little Thinkers Co. and a fully qualified early childhood teacher with a passion for helping young learners grow through playful, meaningful experiences.

With years of experience in Kindergarten and early learning classrooms across Perth, I’ve seen first hand how powerful early intervention, targeted support, and joyful learning can be. That’s why I created The Little Thinkers Co., to offer personalised, high-quality literacy and numeracy support for children aged 3 to 9, right where they learn best: at home, in school, and in small group settings.

My teaching style is deeply inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework. That means every session I deliver is hands-on, play-rich, and tailored to the needs of each individual child. Whether your child is just getting ready for school, needs a little help to catch up, or is ready to be challenged, we'll meet them where they’re at and grow from there.

When I’m not teaching, I’m planning new programs, at the beach, or dreaming up the next chapter of The Little Thinkers Co., which includes future speech therapy services to support early communication and literacy development.

I’m looking to supporting your little thinker on their learning journey!
